Patsy Ramirez-Arroyo is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience at the intersection of sustainable development, strategic investment, and market expansion across Latin America and the Caribbean. As Stakeholder & Marketing Director at Foundation for Puerto Rico, she leads cross-sector partnerships with government agencies, private sector leaders, and academic institutions, driving regional development strategies that leverage federal funding alongside public-private investment. She contributes to Foundation for Puerto Rico’s knowledge generation initiatives - including the Eastern Region Strategic Vision and Visitor Economy Performance Model - advancing FPR’s role as a thought leader and knowledge intermediary that translates research into actionable solutions for sustainable development across Puerto Rico. As a partner in PG Consulting Group, LLC, Patsy has guided leading natural and plant-based food brands into 40+ markets across the Caribbean, Central, and South America. She has advised companies on ESG strategy, B-Corp certification, and sustainability-linked market positioning including multi-year support to Amasar including its successful B-Corp certification in 2024. Patsy holds a Master’s in Sustainable Development from Universidad Isabel I, a Graduate Certificate in Sustainability from Harvard University, and a certification in Sustainable Tourism Destination Management from Cornell University. She is Co-Founder of the Asociación de Profesionales de la Sostenibilidad, Advisory Council Member of the United Nations Association USA, and a member of the Specialty Food Association’s Trendspotter Panel.
