Masha Prusso is a Web3 investor and entrepreneur with over 8 years of experience in the space. As a partner at Web3 Advisory, she helps startups accelerate growth through Go-to-Market strategy, BizDev, PR, and Social Media. Previously, she was an Investor at Percival VC, a Puerto Rico-based family office, and at Day One Ventures, SF based venture fund. She began her career as a relationship manager at UBS and HSBC Private Banks in 2014.

Masha is best known for building the brands of Polygon and Aethir (2021-2024) — both crypto unicorns — and has invested in 70+ Web3 and tech startups, with notable returns including ShopX (350x), Casperlabs (30x), EtherFi (10x), and Aethir (20x). She holds an LLM from UC Berkeley and a Master's from the University of Sorbonne, and is a licensed attorney.
