David Namdar is a seasoned investor and entrepreneur with deep experience across global financial markets and digital assets. He is the CEO of CEA Industries (Nasdaq: BNC), the world's largest publicly listed BNB-native treasury company. Previously, David co-founded Galaxy Digital and SolidX Partners, two pioneering digital asset financial services firms, and was a General Partner at Coral Capital.

With nearly two decades of experience spanning venture capital, private and public equities, derivatives, foreign exchange, and digital assets, David has invested in hundreds of companies and protocols globally. Earlier in his career, he worked at Millennium Management and UBS.

David holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and International Business from the USC Marshall School of Business and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
