Robb Rill is the founder of The Strategic Group PR (TSG), headquartered in Dorado Beach, Puerto Rico, which is a private equity firm that specializes in investing in private companies, with an emphasis in finance and technology. While TSG takes majority or full ownership stakes in companies, Strategic Capital, a related proprietary fund focuses on identifying microcap frauds in the market and short-selling their public securities. The fund achieved unparalleled returns in excess of 60% per annum on a non-compounded basis from 1998 to 2005, before short selling restrictions hampered the main strategy. Mr. Tower is a senior institutional sales and marketing professional with over 25 years of experience in the alternative investment industry. Mr. Tower joined Asset Management One USA Inc. “AMO USA” in September of 2023 to lead the business development and investor relations functions. Prior to joining AMO USA, Mr. Tower was Director of North American Business Development at Lyxor Asset Management Inc. where he was focused on developing and maintaining client relationships across all verticals in the United States and Canada from December 2015 until September 2023. Since 2004 Mr. Tower has also built and grown institutional sales for UBP Asset Management, Rock Maple Funds, and Muirfield Capital Management. Mr. Tower began his career at Orbitex Group of Funds and REFCO Alternative Investments in sales and marketing roles.

Eduardo Tugendhat has led pioneering work in the design, financing and operation of transformative multistakeholder strategies and programs that achieve economic, social and environmental outcomes at scale. In particular, he has partnered with food and agriculture companies, sources of financing and networks of farmers to test and scale ways of de-commoditizing agricultural systems in ways that profitably incentivize improved stewardship of natural resources together with more resilient livelihoods for producers and sustainable/net zero supply chains for corporates and investors.

Alexandra Valentin is a founding partner and serves as Chief Strategy Officer, and Head of Puerto Rico at Tiempo Capital Partners. Previously an Executive Director and leader for the Puerto Rico business at J.P. Morgan Private Bank's Miami office, Alexandra has over two decades of experience in financial services.

Before venturing into ASM Capital, Ryan served as a Senior Portfolio Manager on Vinovest’s portfolio management team from 2021 to 2024 where he focused his efforts on UHNW client portfolios, structuring wine and whiskey portfolios for the institutional client channel, and launching a $30M closed-end whiskey fund. Prior to Vinovest, Ryan worked as a Sr. Associate in MetLife Investment Management‘s institutional client group from 2017 to 2021 and before that as a member of S&P Dow Jones’ sales strategy & client service teams. Nathan Whigham is the Founder and President of EN Capital. He has been in the capital markets and finance industry since 2006 and has been involved in over $1B of transactions up and down the capital stack across a variety of transaction types in corporate credit, commercial real estate, renewable energy, space and other market segments. He holds a graduate certificate in Space Law through the Law School at the University of Mississippi, an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Arizona.
