Clarion Capital Partners is a New York-based investment manager operating two primary business segments: Private Equity (launched in 1999) and Credit (launched in 2018). Clarion Structured Credit is an investor in CLO securities, focused mainly on CLO equity and CLO mezzanine, sourced both in the primary and secondary markets. Clarion principals are the controlling shareholders of Crown Global Insurance Inc., and Clarion manages the investment portfolio for Crown, a Puerto Rico-based life insurance company.
