Chicago Atlantic Digital Mining Fund, LLC provides a best-in-class fund structure for investors to obtain exposure to bitcoin mining and the rising demand of data centers with cash flow distributions, tax depreciation benefits, attractive returns, and potential capital appreciation. The fund acquires and develops sites with low cost and reliable power, purchases bitcoin miners, operates the mining farms, and distributes profits to investors in US dollars.

We target return of capital in 2 years, IRRs exceeding 25%, and allow investors to take advantage of depreciation on mining equipment, which makes up the vast majority of fund assets. We are looking to exit at a multiple of 2-4x in the next 12-24 months.
