Todd Hagerman brings over three decades of institutional experience across credit markets, banking supervision, and financial services. Most recently, he served as Director of Credit Risk and Chief Underwriter at Oriental Bank for the Bank’s U.S. syndicated loan platform. Previously, as Managing Director of Bank Research at Sterne Agee, he was consistently recognized as leading Wall St. banking analyst. His background includes significant regulatory experience through positions at the Federal Reserve Banks of New York and San Francisco. Todd founded Rockwood Capital, LLC, where he specialized in Puerto Rico's debt restructuring, while also serving as a Senior Advisory Consultant for the Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico, helping address the Commonwealth's fiscal and economic challenges. Mr. Hagerman is a graduate of the USC Marshall School of Business with an MBA in Finance and completed his undergraduate work at the University of Arizona.
