Roxana Balzac Ruiz is the Managing Partner of Mogote Family Advisory, where she collaborates with family offices and family-owned businesses to align their generational wealth and operational legacies with regenerative practices. With over a decade of experience in corporate strategy and operations, she has worked at the intersection of impact, climate and business transformation. She is a partner and former COO of Regenera Capital, which co-founded the first institutionally-backed financing platform for decentralized energy solutions in Mexico, and she previously led strategy and direct investments for Grupo Ferré Rangel, a 4th gen family office. Roxana sits on the Board of Tais, a family-owned social enterprise that is pioneering a regenerative approach to organics management in Puerto Rico. She began her career at Cleary Gottlieb, a top global law firm, where she led business development in Latin America.

A graduate of Barnard College, Columbia University, Roxana has furthered her expertise in regenerative economics through the Capital Institute and earned a certificate in circular economy from UC Berkeley Extension. Known for her ability to navigate complex intergenerational dynamics, she excels at facilitating difficult conversations and building enduring systems that propel meaningful impact. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to helping families play a pivotal role in the global climate transition while ensuring their legacy endures for generations.
