Ramphis Castro is the Founder & CEO of Infinity Forge, an AI-native deep-tech venture studio based in Puerto Rico that invests in, builds, and scales deep-tech companies across biotech, edge AI, defense technology, and AI governance. A Kauffman Fellow (Class 19), licensed Professional Engineer, and lawyer, he brings a rare combination of technical depth, legal fluency, and institutional investor perspective to the design of AI-augmented investment infrastructure — from deal origination and due diligence through portfolio construction and compliance.

Over a decade based in New York City, Ramphis operated across the full alternatives stack. He co-founded ScienceVest (YC F3), a venture fund investing at the seed stage in hard-tech and life science companies emerging from Stanford, MIT, Harvard, Columbia, among others. As Chief Product Officer of Align17, he built the digital infrastructure for a Silicon-Valley-backed impact co-investment platform that connected private wealth to vetted deal flow alongside institutional investors including UBS, PwC, and Hamilton Lane. He served as Fundraising Advisor at SOSV, advising portfolio companies across IndieBio, dLab, and FOOD-X within a $1B+ AUM global accelerator platform.

He relocated back to Puerto Rico in 2024 to leverage the island's deepening technical talent density and unique position as a U.S. jurisdiction with direct access to global capital and Latin American markets to support the next wave of economic transformation through new models of capital allocation. His most recent investment work on the island, recognized by ImpactAssets 50 as an Emerging Impact Manager, allocated $100M+ to projects accelerating economic mobility for Puerto Rican families.

He lives in Caguas with his wife and two sons.
