Over a nearly three-decade career, Ned has built, scaled, and exited portfolios totaling more than $3 billion in enterprise value spanning industrial outdoor storage, self-storage, multifamily, light industrial, logistics, and healthcare real estate. He was an early institutional mover in industrial outdoor storage, anticipating the structural tailwinds of e-commerce growth and supply-chain restructuring ahead of broader market recognition.
Ned’s career trajectory — from hands-on operator to lender to principal investor — gives him a differentiated lens on underwriting and execution, with an emphasis on downside protection, disciplined capital deployment, and active asset management in value-add and special-situation opportunities.
