Puerto Rico Space Foundation
Advocating for space access from the Caribbean, Mr. Molina specializes in bringing global space opportunities to the region by bridging international aerospace vision with local industrial capabilities. As an educator and CEO of the Puerto Rico Space Foundation, he has led diverse programs to introduce microgravity research to the island, architecting high-value initiatives designed to retain local talent. His deep commitment to community engagement is anchored by his tenure at the Arecibo Observatory Space Academy, where he helped cultivate the next generation of scientific leaders.
With over a decade of experience, Mr. Molina excels at originating high-impact alliances and navigating the complex regulatory and financial frameworks—including Act 60 and DDEC incentives—attractive to scale space enterprises. Having directly supported the local government in shaping the space landscape, he acts as the region's essential "hand-shaker" and relationship broker, navigating the high-level diplomacy required to align key stakeholders. His vast international network—built through his work at NASA, his tenure at the International Space University, and frequent participation in global aerospace conferences—allows him to seamlessly align client needs with the local private and government sectors.
From research at NASA Ames to driving the Caribbean Space Summit, he has consistently demonstrated a strong bias for action in developing the island’s Space Hub and Spaceport. By merging technical insight with deep local influence and 8 years of high-stakes Risk Management expertise, Mr. Molina provides the cross-functional diligence and "safety-first" mindset necessary for successful launch operations. He serves as the essential link for organizations looking to cement their leadership in the local ecosystem while fostering professional longevity for the Island's innovators.
