Henry Keenan is the Founder and CEO of RED Atlas, a Puerto Rico's leading property data company building the data infrastructure that powers real estate transactions across the Island and Latin America. Since founding the company in 2021, Henry has raised $3M, secured three US patents, and grown RED Atlas into a multi-market platform operating across Puerto Rico, Colombia, Argentina, and Spain. RED Atlas was cited by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in its 2025 Comprehensive Housing Market Analysis for Puerto Rico, a first for a private data company in the market. Prior to RED Atlas, Henry worked in commercial real estate at JLL and holds a BA from UC Berkeley. He is based in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
