Hi, I’m Gustavo A. Diaz Skoff—a proud product of Puerto Rico’s vibrant startup ecosystem and a believer in business as a force for community growth. For more than a decade I’ve worn many entrepreneurial hats: steering non-profit organizations toward sustainable impact, overseeing real-estate ventures that revitalize local neighborhoods, and guiding family-owned businesses through the challenges of modern markets.

My journey began at Babson College, where I earned a B.S. in Business Administration and discovered a lifelong fascination with turning bold ideas into practical, scalable solutions. That passion led me home, where I’ve built teams, raised capital, and helped founders unlock incentives that fuel innovation across the island.

Today, I channel those experiences as the Co-Founder & CEO of IncentivesPRO, a SaaS platform that streamlines how founders, investors, and economic-development agencies discover, qualify for, and manage Puerto Rico’s rich portfolio of tax incentives and grants. Whether I’m architecting new compliance features, advising growth-stage teams on maximizing credits, or speaking at ecosystem events, my mission stays the same: unlock capital for innovation, foster inclusive prosperity, and prove that world-class companies can—and should—start in Puerto Rico.
