David Barwig is an accomplished operator, product leader, and AI technologist with over 18 years of experience scaling companies at the intersection of digital innovation, artificial intelligence, and operational transformation. He has held executive roles including COO, Head of Product, and Managing Director across AI SaaS startups and global agencies, contributing to more than $600 million in revenue and multiple successful exits totaling over $100 million.
David is the founder of IVERIFI, a multi-agent AI platform designed for real-time verification, validation, scoring, contract execution, and compliance across alternative asset portfolios. Under his leadership, the platform has grown from concept to seven-figure annual recurring revenue, supporting over 300,000 live sessions. He also leads Shiny Rocket, where he serves as a fractional COO, partnering closely with founders to optimize operations and scale high-growth businesses.
Known for his hands-on technical expertise, David goes beyond strategy to architect and deploy production-grade AI systems.
