César Vázquez Morales, Esq., CCIM, is a highly accomplished real estate executive, attorney, and CCIM Designee with over thirty years of experience spanning commercial real estate, development, leasing, and corporate law. As co-Managing Partner and Principal Asset Manager, Mr. Vázquez Morales oversees a 450,000 square-foot portfolio of retail centers and office buildings in Puerto Rico, where he leads all aspects of property operations, acquisitions, leasing, and financial structuring, primarily through Céntrico Guayama, the premier shopping center in the southeastern coast of Puerto Rico.
Mr. Vázquez Morales is the President & CEO of REDPartners, Inc., a 63-year-old family-owned real estate development and investment firm recognized for delivering transformative residential and commercial projects across Puerto Rico. Under his direction, REDPartners has completed and acquired master-planned communities, mixed-use developments, and commercial properties.
In addition to his executive roles, Mr. Vázquez Morales is a Managing Member of Palmer Equity Management LLC, serving as Fund Manager for Palmer Equity Partners LLC, a Real Estate Private Equity Fund.
Mr. Vázquez Morales’s academic credentials include an Advanced Management Development Program (AMDP) in Real Estate Development from Harvard University Graduate School of Design, an LL.M. in International & Comparative Law from Georgetown University Law Center, a J.D. (Cum Laude) from InterAmerican University School of Law, and a B.S. in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.
A recognized leader in the industry, Mr. Vázquez Morales is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a founding member and treasurer of the Shopping Center Association of Puerto Rico (ACCP) and the Latin America Shopping Center Council Association (CLICC). He also serves on the boards of Auxilio Mutuo Hospital Radiotherapy & Cancer Center and the Puerto Rico CCIM Chapter.
