Carlos A. Domínguez Rullán, M.Sc. | Managing Partner With over a decade of experience across corporate finance, venture capital, and M&A, Carlos is the Founder of Carbono3, an impact venture firm investing across Latam and Spain. He serves as Co-Founder and CFO of MBQ Pharma, a clinical-stage oncology company and the first Puerto Rican pharma to reach clinical trials. Previously, Carlos advised on $2B+ in transactions at KPMG and PwC Europe and managed $13M+ in philanthropic and public funds. He holds an M.Sc. in Structural Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
