Allan Weiss is a pioneer in real estate pricing and investment analytics, recognized for developing industry-standard metrics and financial structures used by major banks, institutional investors, and government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs).

He co-founded the Case-Shiller Home Price Index, setting the benchmark for real estate valuation, and collaborated with Nobel prize winner Robert Shiller to develop Macro Securities, enabling NYSE trading of crude oil price-linked assets.

Now, as CEO of Weiss Analytics, Allan has redefined real estate investment management with house-level indexing and AI-driven, condition-aware valuations—relied upon by mortgage, insurance, and other institutional platforms to enhance risk management and capital efficiency.

His latest innovation, ValShare Funds, unlocks liquidity from the trillions in U.S. homeowner equity, offering investors non-correlated, asset-backed, inflation-protected returns with potential liquidity arbitrage. By directly linking investor capital to home price appreciation through the Weiss Analytics Indexes, ValShares create new efficiencies in residential real estate investment.
